CR STSTEM

A CR system, or Computed Radiography system, is a medical imaging technology used to capture and store X-ray images digitally. It’s a digital alternative to traditional film-based radiography.

CR systems offer several advantages over film-based radiography, including quicker image acquisition, the ability to manipulate and enhance images for better diagnosis, and the elimination of chemical processing.

Image Capture: Instead of traditional X-ray film, the PRIMA T2 uses a special phosphor imaging plate to capture X-ray images. This plate stores the X-ray energy, which can be read using a laser scanner.

Image Processing: After the X-ray exposure, the imaging plate is processed by a laser scanner, which converts the stored energy into a digital image. This digital image can be manipulated and enhanced for diagnostic purposes.

PRINTER

A medical printer is a specialized printer used in the healthcare industry for producing hard copies of medical images, reports, and documents related to patient care and diagnostics. These printers are designed to meet specific requirements and standards for medical imaging and documentation.
